January Fitness

One of my New Years Resolutions was to keep track of my workouts.  
I wanted something that would help me to be accountable, to keep my fitness goals fresh in my mind - but not something that wasn't realistic.  Trying NOT to set myself up for failure. (big problem of mine - always taking on way too many projects and not being able to get them all done!)
So I resolved to write all my workouts down on my calendar.

One month down - 11 to go!

In the month of January I...
Spent 245 minutes on the treadmill.
I walked, jogged and ran 19.25 miles in that amount of time.
(makes sense - I average about 12 minutes for a mile)

I spent 280 minutes on the elliptical.
Only 35 minutes working out with the TV.
(this DVD is my favorite - my goal is to do it at least bi-weekly...)

560 minutes exercising.  
9.3 hours.
Just doesn't sound like much.  
It felt like more.

On to February!
I pledge more time - even though it's a shorter month.
