Cousins

Since Bastian and Kenzie live all the way in Atlanta, Tessa and Asher feel pretty deprived in the cousin department.

They only get to hang out with their Best cousins a few times a year :(

In February - playing at Grandma's house in Valentines shirts she bought them.

We have Lucas now, though!

Both kids are so enchanted by him it's just ridiculous. They scramble to be first to hold him every time we see him, and constantly talk about how cute he is.

I expected Tessa to love him this much, but Asher is a little surprising.

Last week Becki and Lucas came up to hang out for the afternoon. Asher was in heaven to have "baby wucas" at his house.

Becki even let me lay Luke on the floor and take a few pictures of him!

This is a big deal for her.

I don't know if I've ever seen a new mom so in love with her baby. She never puts the child down. She baby talks constantly. I'm a bit surprised at how over-the-top she is - I didn't expect it! Becki's just not an over-the-top person!
