Still Sick :(

Poor Asher is still sick.
I thought he was over it - he didn't throw up at all yesterday and seemed to be on the mend.
But he was up again off and on all last night, throwing up. Poor little man!
I woke up at 2am to him screaming. Matt had him in the bathroom, he was throwing up, for the second time. I slept through the first one. Matt had already had to change his sheets and jammies and had started a load of laundry.
Ash was up three more times before morning, twice with both of us, once with just me. And when he got up this morning he'd had a major blowout...Matt said he was 'swimming in it.'
He took care of all that, again, stripping the bedding, starting the laundry. He also gave Ash a shower with him this morning before leaving for work.
How lucky am I to have a husband that does SO much?

So far today he's doing fine. No vomiting, and eating well. He took a good nap, too. He's clingy and obviously doesn't feel well, but hopefully he really is getting better. It's time!

Over the last 3 nights I think Matt and I have gotten about 12 hours of sleep each, total. Monday night about 5, Tuesday night about 2, and last night about 5. It's been a long week at the Moody house.
Miss Tessa, of course, is the only one feeling perfectly healthy. Makes sense...she brought it home, after all. LOL
Actually, I feel pretty good myself, other than exhausted, I mean. I tend to stay pretty healthy. Matt, on the other hand, picks up everything the kids get. Poor guy. Luckily he's not whiny sick, like lots of men.

I'm hoping he doesn't get any sicker with this little virus. He's been sick to his stomach, but nothing too awful. We're going out Saturday night for Andrea's Birthday. Matt's mom is watching the kids for us. I haven't told Tessa yet, in case we have to cancel. She just loves going there. Sandy indulges her so much. She'd be terribly dissapointed if we eded up not going, so I'm waiting until it's closer to let her know. Asher should be fine by then - but you never know.
We'll be staying close to home today. We have to pick Tessa up from school this afteroon, and I'm planning to leave a bit early so I can stop for some produce. Dinner tonight is Butternut Squash Lasagna - my favorite. I need another small squash, we'll want plenty of leftovers!
