In the month of January I...
Spent 245 minutes on the treadmill.
I walked, jogged and ran 19.25 miles in that amount of time.
(makes sense - I average about 12 minutes for a mile)
I spent 280 minutes on the elliptical.
Only 35 minutes working out with the TV.
(this DVD is my favorite - my goal is to do it at least bi-weekly...)
560 minutes exercising.
9.3 hours.
Just doesn't sound like much.
It felt like more. (this is where I pledged to work harder, do more, be better! in February)

And for February...
I spent 285 minutes on the treadmill.
Total distance: 23.05 miles
I spent 411 minutes on the elliptical
Only 30 minutes doing my DVD workout.
Total time was 726 minutes, or 12.1 hours.
Still seems like I could be doing better.
March is a long month. Shooting for improvement every month.

SO Good! You are really sticking with it. And, 12 hours in a month is pretty good. For February, that would be an average of 25 or 30 minutes EVERY day, right? That's healthy. Good job!
