Matt's leg is darn near perfect. Once he got on antibiotics and started taking benedryl for the hives, it got better amazingly fast.
I've said it before and I'll say it again - he heals like Wolverine. Now, if we could just find some adamantium to bind to his bones...
My jaw is also much better. Within just the last few days the lump on my jaw has dissapeared. It was there Tuesday night, I remember, but was gone just now when I felt for it - yay!
I still have a numb spot on my chin and lower lip, but it's shrinking and sometimes I don't notice it at all. I still can't open all the way, but far enough that I don't really notice unless I'm eating something big. I tried to put a large strawberry in my mouth the other day and couldn't. Last night we had burgers...only I had to take the top bun off and kind of squish the rest down with my fingers. I only ate about 1/3 of it. I just don't want to put that much effort into eating, lol.
We're both feeling good, and hoping that our recent drama will render us exempt from any other illness for at least a few months!
