Fitness Update

I hate these fitness posts with a passion.  However, they were a new years resolution and I feel like a cheater not making them.
I have a lot to catch up on! My last one was for MAY!
Keep in mind that during most of July and August I was unable to work out, due to my head almost exploding and killing me.

135 minutes (2.25 hours) total

0 minutes treadmill

Sad numbers, I know.
My goal for November is to run 30 miles.  That's only a mile a day, and I know that's not a ton, but I'm taking baby steps here.  I also plan to use the elliptical in addition to my running, and get in a couple of days with my DVD, too!  We're entering the BAD time of year...bread and cookies and pies, oh my!
