Asher: "Oh! Yeah! My wawett!" (proceeds to hop around the room in circles)
a minute later
Daddy: "Okay, here you go!"
Asher (looking inside): "Nuffin' in it!!!!"
(reaching for the new wallet) "gimme that one!!!"
Cute Asher story:
Matt asked for a new wallet for Christmas. I decided it should be from Asher to give it to him - since he's obsessed with wallets. When we're out, he steals mine out of the diaper bag and tells me "my wallet!" At home he sneaks off with Matt's and takes everything out of it every chance he gets.
We found a pretty cool wallet with a removable ID holder and a zipper in the billfold part. Asher gave it to daddy on Christmas.
The next day when Matt was transferring all his stuff from the old wallet to the new one I suggested he give Asher the old wallet to play with. The conversation above was the result.
Ash was absolutely outraged that Matt would give him an empty wallet. The way he said "Nuffin in it!" was so funny, we laughed about it for hours.

i always mean to write down all of the kids funny stories! i don't want to forget them.
