"What do you think?" I asked
"I don't know..." she said, "...maybe?"
"Maybe." I said "I guess he could be."
"I don't really think so, though." Tessa said
"Well, it is kind of unbelievable that a bunny could travel all over the world, sneak into your house, hide eggs and bring you an Easter basket."
"Yeah...I don't think the Easter Bunny is real. But I DO believe in Santa Claus."
We talked about her not telling Asher, of course, which did no good. She talked about the Easter Bunny to him all week, in a very unbelieving way.
No big deal - he's not even 3, he has a very short attention span. Tessa is very long winded. By the time she got to any of the good stuff, he wasn't listening anymore.
